How do I use the Cineville card?
When you have started a Cineville subscription you can download our mobile app, where you will find your Cineville card, which is available immediately after sign up. Download the app here.
Upon subscribing we will also send you an email that contains your temporary Cineville card in PDF format. This card is valid for one month and you can use it until you have downloaded the app.
Walk in-ticket
If the cinema that you wish to visit does not offer pre-bookings of Cineville tickets, all you need to do is go to the cinema and let the staff scan your Cineville card. You can now pick up a ticket to the film you would like to see, provided that there are seats available. You can pick up a ticket in this way earliest 90 minutes before the film starts (or when the box office opens, if later).
Pre-booking Cineville tickets
If the cinema that you wish to visit offers pre-booking of Cineville tickets, you will be able to type in your card number (in the format CPS$ + 9 digits) when you book a ticket through the cinema's website. Then you need to show your Cineville card in the cinema and let the staff scan it – this will validate your booking and can be done earliest 90 minutes before the film starts.
